TwtAPI ("the Service") is operated by TwtAPI.com and provides API-based access to Twitter / X platform data, including but not limited to: user lookup, tweet search, trend analysis, and follower/following queries. The Service includes pay-per-call API plans and subscription services such as tweet update notifications.
By registering an account, selecting a plan, obtaining an API key, and calling our endpoints, you are using the Service and are bound by these terms.
You must register with accurate information (e.g. email) and keep your account and API key secure. You are responsible for any loss due to key disclosure or account compromise.
You may not use the Service for illegal or abusive activities, including but not limited to: excessive crawling, bulk scraping in violation of platform policies, infringement of privacy or intellectual property, or spam. We may suspend or terminate your account without refund if we detect violations.
The Service offers free and paid plans. Pricing, quotas, and billing cycles are as shown on the pricing and order confirmation pages. Payment may be one-time or subscription-based; subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in the dashboard.
Fees are as displayed at the time of order. Except where required by law or as we expressly agree in writing, payments are non-refundable.
The website, API design, documentation, and interface are owned by TwtAPI.com or related right holders. Use and rights in Twitter/X data obtained through the Service are subject to Twitter/X policies and applicable law.
You may not resell, sublicense, or supply our API or raw data obtained through it to third parties in bulk without authorization.
The Service depends on third-party platforms (e.g. Twitter/X). We are not liable for unavailability, rate limits, or data changes caused by third parties; we will endeavour to restore service where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages except for direct loss caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with a "Last updated" date. If changes materially affect your rights, we may notify you via the site or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or after prolonged inactivity.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws). Disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; failing that, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the operator of the Service is located.
